How long will it take to receive my package? Do you ship internationally?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out.
For the time being, we will commit to shipping only in the Philippines. Shipping fees vary depending on courier service to you area.
What payment options do you offer?
We only accept GCash and bank deposit thru BPI as of the moment.
Account details will be provided upon checkout. Please send a copy of the deposit slip or a screenshot of the transfer and indicate your order reference number to our Instagram (@studio_rosannaocampo) within 24 hours upon ordering.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We will only accept exchanges in size and not in color. Strictly no refund.
